Return Requirements
Returns are accepted only for items returned within 20 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, user manuals, and Quick Start Guides. Refunds will not be issued for used items missing any original packaging contents.
Returned devices must be clean and free of debris. If a returned product is not clean, a cleaning fee may be charged, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process
For return requests submitted within 20 days of receipt for reasons unrelated to product defects:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a notification email containing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, a return shipping label, and return instructions. Please do not ship any items before receiving formal authorization. Returned items submitted without a valid RMA will be destroyed, and no refund will be issued.
We maintain a specific return shipping address dedicated solely to returns; this address will be provided to you once your return request has been approved. Please use this address when shipping your returned items. This is the only address at which Omikx accepts returns.

Your bank will be able to trace the transaction. If you have not received a refund notification, please contact us to obtain your Transaction ID.
