Warranty Policy

All Omikx products purchased through the official Omikx.com website are covered by a limited warranty service of up to 24 months, effective from the date of shipment (subject to the specific policy in force). During this period, should the product exhibit defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions, we will provide support based on the specific circumstances.

Warranty service applies exclusively to the original purchaser or the recipient of the product as a gift; it does not extend to products that have been resold or are in secondary circulation.

Usage and Care Guidelines

Pet products are often subject to more complex usage environments—factors such as routine cleaning, frequent physical contact, and even the pet's own behavioral habits can all impact the product. Consequently, the following situations are generally *not* covered under warranty:
  • Natural wear and tear resulting from prolonged use;
  • Damage or deterioration caused by improper use or failure to follow maintenance instructions;
  • Accidental damage (e.g., drops, external impact, etc.);
  • Damage caused by pet chewing or other forms of abnormal use;
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repairs performed by non-official service providers.
We recommend performing basic maintenance in accordance with your daily usage habits; this not only extends the product's lifespan but also ensures a more consistent and reliable user experience.


Warranty Eligibility Conditions

The warranty period begins on the date the product is shipped, not the date the order was placed.

If a product or component is replaced, the original warranty period will remain in effect and will not be reset.
